Not even a quiet month

I've been a bit out of the loop recently and haven't posted anything. I went to Stockholm and it was absolutely amazing.

So completely blown away with the experience. Just before we flew out we went to the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. I was pretty much pushed into it because my Grandma said she really wanted to go to it - so in a sense I went on the behalf of her. Now that was amazing.

And then just before we went to that our flatmate ditched us. Like picked up all his stuff and left. This left us feeling angry, but we were preoccupied with travelling to Stockholm and the Tattoo that night that we haven't done anything about it. On a side note I think I caught him performing a one man show at 4AM in the bathroom and that's why he moved out

Once we got back from Stockholm (which you'll read about in my diary entries) we had our friend staying [Cousin Paul - whatup], and then the following weekend we jumped right into the Edinburgh Fringe Festival as we had even more friends arriving.

Phew! On top of that I had an interview at The Elephant House for some Edinburgh based freelance digital work on Monday, and then that night I got an email from my old work in NZ asking if I wanted to do some freelance work for their websites.

August has been one hell of a busy month! September will be the same with Rare Management organising three events over three different weekends, Jared and I moving into our new flat, a vegan 3 course dinner at Point Hotel, my 6 year anniversary with JE and a wee Glasgow venture to check out the gig scene.

Is September and August this busy for you too?
