Well we're in Rome and we've already been lost! At least we got lost and found our way at Fontana de Trevi. Such a beautiful spot! We arrived in Rome and had a few issues with getting $$ out as we can't understand Italian [on the ATM machine] but got cash out in the end! Jumped on a bus to the Roma terminal and from there walked to find our hotel! It's amazing! So pretty and really handy to the city.
We tried to walk to a cool spot but just got lost! Ending up finding out way and ate at a pizzeria called Robin Hoods. Got 4 glasses of wine for NZD $8! So good! Got a bottle of wine from the dairy then went home. Rome is the best! Really enjoying myself. We tried to research last night but Jared fell into a deep sleep. Woke up late and went to breakfast.
Veganism is completely out the window at the moment! Croissants! Danishes! Lots of coffee! I'm in charge of ringing up the next accommodation and it's really scary talking over the phone to them [as I can't speak italian] Buona sera!
Off to the Colosseum today. Very excited about it x
